Filter sleeves and pockets
Our dust/gas filter bags and pockets are designed to ensure the highest effectiveness and safety. They are available in a wide range of fabrics and types of felt, with and without reinforcement, and they are suitable for any application.
The fibre choice is strongly linked to the final application and process parameters (first and foremost, the working temperature).
The tubular module is made with continuous triple stitching or thermo-welding, depending on the application requirements, and the attachment is fundamental to ensure the perfect sealing and high performance of the sleeve.
Depending on the performance and type of dust, the endpiece can be plain, reinforced or riveted to maximise efficiency.
For special applications which require a highly performant type of felt, we use impregnated felt or felt which is chemically treated on the surface (hydro-oil repellent treatment, PTFE membrane, flame retardant treatment) as well as antistatic felt (with stainless steel fibres for ATEX environments).
