Dedusting filter cartridges
In certain situations, filter cartridges can represent an excellent alternative to filter bags because they collect dust over very large surface areas while maintaining small dimensions.
They can be made from nonwoven material (various fibres) or special paper, depending on their use and the working environment in which they are to operate.
Our filter cartridges have pre-galvanised sheet metal pressed bottoms with high corrosion protection, a perforated pre-galvanised sheet metal inner support and a triangular section gasket made of expanded rubber with high shape memory performance.
Materials: treated cellulose, polyester, antistatic polyester, glass fibre, polypropylene, stainless steel and synthetic fabrics. All components are rigorously selected to withstand the harshest working conditions.
